About the role
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is looking for an Information Management Officer to support data collection, analysis and visualization for the public infrastructure and private housing reconstruction project in Chuuk. The role contributes to programme reporting and information management for reconstruction and relief efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, manage and validate data related to public infrastructure and private housing reconstruction.
- Analyze data to produce insights for programme reporting.
- Develop visualisations and maps to support decision‑making and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with the Head of Programme, mission units and the Regional Office to ensure data quality and timely reporting.
- Support information management processes for disaster readiness activities across the region.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Information Management, Geographic Information Systems, Archival Science, Information Science, Information Systems, Social Science or a related field.
- Minimum two years of relevant professional experience.
- Ability to work under the supervision of the Chief of Mission and Head of Programme.
